Inside the Fort: Bowl-A-Thon fundraiser for Junior Achievement

As part of the Young Professionals Board for the Western PA Junior Achievement Chapter, I recently created a team and participated in a Bowl-A-Thon fundraiser to benefit the Kelly Elementary Junior Achievement program. As a group, we exceeded our goal and the whole Young Professionals Board raised over $9,000 for the event through online and in-person donations. Proceeds will go towards our volunteering at Kelly Elementary for JA Day. Junior Achievement is focused on bridging education between the classroom and community so students can develop a variety of skills that can apply to various professions in a changing job market.
