Employee Spotlight: Erica Patti
For our latest Employee Spotlight, we spent time with client relationship specialist Erica Patti, who has recently joined the team. Given her experience, we discussed her professional skills, some fun facts about her background, and how this isn’t her first time in the limelight.
- What are your day to day responsibilities at FPCG?
I’m a client relationship specialist, which means I support the onboarding process of new clients, take trade orders and communicate that information to the trade team, and prepare presentations for clients and prospective clients. The position requires employees to have knowledge in the financial space and have excellent customer service skills. I’ve only been a part of the team for a little over five weeks, but everyone has been extremely helpful and welcoming.
- How did you end up at FPCG?
I began working at my last job right out of college and had been there for over eight years, so I was looking to make a change in my career. When I was looking for a new job, it was important for me to find a place that allowed me to interact with clients and work with a close-knit team.
- What are some of your hobbies outside of work?
I’m a big sports fan! One of my favorite things to do is to go to Steelers and Penguins games. When I’m not cheering on the black and gold, I like to spend time with my family, friends, and my Golden Retriever.
- Where have been some of your favorite places to travel to?
My two favorite places to travel to would have to be France and Ireland. It was great to visit Ireland because I’m half Irish, so I enjoyed finally being able to see a part of my heritage. I’m also part Italian, so I’m looking forward to visiting Italy in the future.
- Can you give the readers a fun fact about yourself?
I was an extra in the movie, “She’s Out of My League”. I had a friend who knew someone in charge of casting for the movie and I ended up making the final cut as a flight attendant.
